Using the editor

AI Photo Editor edits photos you upload using third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; check them before you use them. You keep the rights you have in your photos and in the edited results.

What you may not do

• Upload photos you don’t have the right to use, or photos of other people for purposes they would not agree to.
• Request nude, sexual or “undress” edits, any sexual content involving minors, face swaps, or images that put real celebrities or public figures into a scene.
• Create content that harasses, deceives or impersonates someone, or that is illegal where you live.
• Automate or resell access, or try to get around the free limit or our safety checks.

We block requests that break these rules and may suspend access without refund for repeated abuse.

Credits and payment

One free standard edit is available each day (per browser and network). Credits are bought in one-time packs or with the Monthly plan; a standard edit uses 1 credit and high quality uses 2. One-time credits never expire. If an edit fails or the model returns no image, its credits are returned automatically. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply.

Monthly plan

The Monthly plan adds its credits on each renewal date and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and credits already added remain yours.

Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us from the address you paid with.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We may change or pause features, models or prices. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
