Frequently asked questions

Do you change the food?

No. We only fix light, white balance, colour, crop and background clutter — the same kinds of changes DoorDash’s own photo tool makes. Ingredients, portions, sauces and garnish stay exactly as you served them, so customers get what they see.

Will DoorDash or Uber Eats accept the photos?

We export landscape 16:9 JPGs at 1600 × 900 px or larger, well under the size limits, with no text, borders or fake backgrounds — the rules in the table above. Each platform still reviews every photo, so we can’t promise approval, and if one is rejected we redo it free.

How does it work?

Pick a pack, then upload your phone photos in the editor on this page (your credits are already on this browser) — or reply to our email with your photos or a link to your menu and we edit them for you within 24 hours. Every photo includes 2 free redos.

What does it cost?

$39.00 for 25 photos or $89.00 for 100 photos, paid once. No subscription, no account needed. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days.

Can you shoot new photos?

No, we edit the photos you already have. Good news: a phone photo near a window, shot from above for plates or at 45° for burgers, edits beautifully.

Why do photos matter on delivery apps?

Delivery customers choose with their eyes. DoorDash and Uber Eats both say items with photos sell more, and a dark, yellow or blurry photo makes good food look old. Fixing light and colour is the cheapest upgrade a menu can get.
