Frequently asked questions

Is Nano Banana better than Seedream?

For edits where the rest of the photo must stay the same, Nano Banana 2 did better in our test because it kept the framing every time. Seedream 4.5 produced the more striking light and higher resolution. Both followed all five instructions.

Can I compare both on my own photo?

Yes. Upload once, develop with Nano Banana 2, then pick Seedream 4.5 and develop again. Each is 2 credits.

What about Nano Banana Pro?

We don’t run Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image), so it isn’t in this test.

What does it cost?

One free standard edit per day without an account. After that, credits: a standard edit is 1 credit and Nano Banana 2 or Seedream 4.5 is 2 credits. Packs start at $9.90 for 120 credits, so a 2-credit edit is about 14–17¢. Failed edits are refunded automatically.

Do you keep my photos?

No. Your photo is sent to the AI model only to make the edit, then discarded. We never store the photo or the result on our servers, and we never use them for training. The edited photo is returned straight to your browser.
